A live group programme for professional women

Success Redefined

You still want more. You just don't want it to keep costing you more of yourself.

You've worked hard to get where you are. You care about your work, you have ambitions, and there are still plenty of things you want to achieve. And you want to enjoy it all, too.

You want to feel confident in the choices you're making, have more say over how you spend your time and energy, and create a life that has room for everything that matters to you.

Success Redefined is a nine-week live group programme for ambitious professional women who are ready to explore what success really means to them, and start creating a life and career that genuinely work for them.

The next programme is coming in early 2027.

A different definition

What if success could feel different?

When doing well starts asking more of you

You're good at what you do. You know how to work hard, take responsibility and make things happen.

And sometimes that's part of the problem.

Because when you're capable of doing a lot, it's remarkably easy to find yourself doing more and more. Saying yes to things you don't really have capacity for. Taking responsibility for things that aren't entirely yours. Making decisions based on what you think you should be doing, rather than what you actually want.

And somewhere amongst all of that, your own enjoyment of life can start slipping down the priority list.

And what could be different...

So what would it look like to do things differently?

Perhaps you'd feel more confident making decisions without endlessly questioning whether you've got them right. You'd be clearer about what matters to you, and more comfortable giving your time and energy to those things.

You might approach your career with a renewed sense of excitement about where you're going, rather than feeling you have to keep following the next expected step.

And you'd have more space for the people, experiences and everyday moments that make life enjoyable.

That's what we'll be exploring in Success Redefined.

Understanding what's driving the choices you're making, discovering what you genuinely want and finding practical ways to make those changes part of your everyday life.

Because success is yours to define. And you're allowed to enjoy it.

The programme

Your nine-week journey

Over nine weeks, we’ll explore what it means to take greater ownership of your life and career, from everyday choices to the bigger picture of what you want to create. Select a stage to explore the five teaching themes. Small group coaching circles take place between the teaching sessions.

01

From Overwhelm to Choice

Take back ownership of your time and energy.

We'll start by looking at how you're spending your time and energy, what you're saying yes to and where you might be taking on more than you need to.

You'll explore practical ways to create space for what matters, make more conscious choices and feel more in command of your everyday life.

Your experience

How it works

Success Redefined combines live teaching, small group coaching and ongoing support, giving you opportunities to explore new ideas, try different approaches and learn from your experiences along the way.

Over nine weeks, we'll meet online for one 60-minute session each week, alternating between teaching sessions and coaching circles.

A little space each week to focus on what matters to you.

Five live sessions

Interactive teaching

These are our opportunities to come together, explore the ideas behind each stage of the programme and get curious about how they apply to your own life.

I'll share practical tools, guide you through exercises and give you plenty to think about and experiment with.

Sessions take place over lunchtime, so you're very welcome to bring your lunch along!

If you can't make a teaching session live, you'll have access to the recording afterwards.

Four coaching circles

Small group coaching

Between teaching sessions, you'll meet with a small group of up to eight women for a coaching circle.

You'll stay with the same group throughout the programme, giving you the opportunity to get to know each other, build trust and share your experiences as the weeks progress.

These sessions are your space to explore whatever has been coming up for you, work through challenges, ask questions and celebrate what's going well.

I'll be there to coach, support and challenge you, and you'll have the added benefit of hearing other people's perspectives and experiences.

Coaching circles aren't recorded, so everyone can speak freely.

Between sessions

Support and connection

You'll also have access to our private online community in Heartbeat.

It's somewhere to share your experiences, ask questions, celebrate your progress and stay connected with the other women in the programme.

I'll share weekly accountability prompts to help you keep experimenting with what you're learning and making changes between our sessions.

And because life doesn't always go according to plan, there'll be people alongside you to encourage you, help you reflect and cheer you on.

Making change real

Because insight on its own isn't enough...

You can understand exactly why you struggle to set boundaries and still find yourself agreeing to take on yet another thing.

You can know that you need to make more time for yourself and somehow find that everyone else's priorities have filled your diary again.

Knowing what you want to do differently is a great start. Actually doing it, particularly when life gets busy and familiar habits kick in, can be rather more challenging.

That's why Success Redefined gives you opportunities to take what you're learning into your everyday life, try things out and see what happens.

Sometimes you'll make a change and wonder why you didn't do it years ago. Sometimes it won't quite go to plan. And sometimes you'll discover something about yourself that you hadn't even realised was there.

All of that gives us something useful to explore together.

Throughout the nine weeks, you'll have opportunities to reflect on your experiences, understand what's getting in your way and find approaches that genuinely work for you.

Because the real value of all this is what happens in your life when you start doing things differently.

A little about me

I'm Jen Goddard, founder of Soulfire Coaching.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 18 years working as an actuary in financial services, including HSBC, Phoenix Group, Aviva and LV=. So I'm very familiar with the world of ambitious, capable people, demanding careers and all the expectations that can come with them.

These days, I help people create lives and careers that genuinely light them up.

I love the combination of getting curious about what's really going on beneath the surface and finding practical ways to make things different. Sometimes that means exploring beliefs and expectations you've been carrying around for years. Sometimes it's working out how to approach a conversation, make a decision or do something you've been putting off.

Often, it's a bit of both.

That's the approach I've brought to Success Redefined. A blend of thoughtful exploration, practical tools, honest conversations and plenty of encouragement to experiment with what works for you.

Because I believe you can be ambitious, successful and thoroughly enjoy the life you're creating along the way.

Frequently asked questions

What if I can't make every live session?

The teaching sessions are recorded, so you'll be able to catch up afterwards if you can't attend live. Coaching circles aren't recorded, to protect the privacy of the group and allow everyone to speak freely.

How big are the coaching circles?

Each coaching circle is capped at eight women. That means there's plenty of space for real conversation, questions and coaching, rather than getting lost in a large group.

Will I stay with the same coaching circle?

Yes! You'll stay with the same small group throughout the nine weeks, giving you the chance to get to know each other and build trust and connection as the programme progresses.

Where does the programme take place?

All our live sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. The private community and teaching recordings are hosted in Heartbeat.

How much time will I need each week?

The main commitment is one live session of 60 minutes each week. Beyond that, it's up to you how much time you spend reflecting, experimenting with the tools and putting what you're learning into practice.

What days and times are the sessions?

All sessions take place around lunchtime, making them easier to fit into your working day. And you're very welcome to bring your lunch along!

The main teaching sessions will take place on the same day each week. Depending on the size of the cohort, there may be a choice of days for the coaching circles.

We'll confirm the schedule before enrolment opens.

When does enrolment close?

The next programme is coming in early 2027, and enrolment dates will be announced soon. Register your interest and you'll be among the first to hear when places become available.

Is there any 1:1 support included?

Success Redefined includes small group coaching rather than individual 1:1 sessions.

If you're looking for more personalised support, you can explore my 1:1 coaching programme alongside or instead of Success Redefined.

And if you're not sure which option would suit you best, you're very welcome to book a Clarity Call and we can talk it through.

Not quite sure if it's right for you?

I'd be happy to talk it through with you.
