Some people come with a particular challenge or decision they'd love to work through. Others want to explore the bigger picture of their leadership, career, business or life, and where they'd like to take it next.
Whatever brings you here, we'll create a day that works for you.
We might explore different ways of approaching your leadership, untangle something that's been going round in your head, or spend time developing a vision for what you want to create.
And because we're setting aside dedicated time together, there's room to go beyond the first answer. To get curious about what's underneath, explore possibilities you might not have considered and see what happens when you approach something differently.
Sometimes that might mean a focused coaching session followed by lunch and a walk along the Bournemouth coastline. Other times, we'll spend longer exploring ideas, experimenting with different approaches and working through what you want to create.
The format, pace and focus will all depend on what would be most valuable for you.
