Inside the Circle
What you'll find inside the Circle
There's no single way to learn, grow or make changes in your life. Sometimes you need a new idea or a practical tool. Sometimes a good conversation can help you see something completely differently. And sometimes you need to get out of your head for a while!
You’ll find all of those experiences together in the Soulfire Circle.
01
Learn at your own pace
You'll have access to a library of video lessons and practical exercises designed to help you take greater ownership of your time, energy, decisions and direction in life.
From managing the everyday demands of work and home to understanding yourself more deeply and developing your leadership, there's plenty to explore.
Work through the content at your own pace, try things out and return to whatever feels relevant as your life evolves.
02
Let's talk about it
Twice a month, we come together for small group coaching circles.
These are opportunities to bring whatever you're working through, explore challenges, celebrate progress and discover different ways of looking at things.
I'll bring my coaching, questions and challenges, while everyone contributes their own experiences and perspectives.
And sometimes hearing how someone else approaches something can give you an idea you'd never have arrived at on your own.
03
Get out of your head
Once a month, we take a different approach through a guided embodiment session.
Using movement, music and dance, we'll explore ways to connect with yourself beyond all the thinking, analysing and figuring things out.
It's an opportunity to experience things differently, discover what your body might have to tell you and have a bit of fun along the way.
04
People in your corner
Between sessions, our online community provides somewhere to share ideas, ask questions, celebrate your wins and encourage each other.
Because making changes is one thing. Keeping going when everyday life gets busy is another.
There's something rather lovely about having people who remember what you're working towards, notice your progress and are genuinely pleased when things go well for you.
